About this site

Oman Gratuity Calculator is a free, independent tool. It helps workers and employers estimate end of service gratuity under the Oman Labour Law (Royal Decree 53/2023).

Why it exists

Many workers do not know how the 2023 Labour Law changed their gratuity, especially when their service started under the previous law. The calculator splits the service at 31 July 2023 and applies the correct rate to each period, so you can check your final settlement.

How we keep it accurate

• We base the rules on the published laws: the Labour Law (Royal Decree 53/2023), the Social Protection Law (Royal Decree 52/2023) and Royal Decree 60/2025.
• We follow Ministry of Labour clarifications and Social Protection Fund announcements.
• Each page shows the date it was last reviewed. Last full review: 13 October 2026.
